Notes In the conference registration fee is including the Welcome Party, the Social Event to the ZKM (Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe), the banquet, refreshments, lunch, bus shuttle transfer and a free two years membership at AMPERE Europe. Registration Cancellation Policy Registrants wishing to cancel their registrations may receive a refund if requested in writing to Martina Huber at Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe ( conference@ampere2009.org ). If the request is received by 15 July 2009, it will be processed without charge. A cancellation fee of € 80 will accrue for refund requests received after that date. Refund requests will not be honoured after 31 July 2008. |
